So I was able to fix the issue, just wanted to do some Google searching some more first and came across a solution which actually worked. Ok, all I had to do was this, just encase someone else comes along the same issue as mine.

1. Open Fusion 360 on the computer .

2. Click "Show Data Panel".

3. Find your project that is having the issue (but don't open it).

4. Left click your version number, it will be in the lower right corner of the project name (mine was V63, I have a lot of revisions).

5. It will now display a History, Uses, Used In and Drawing tabs. Make sure History is selected, it shows all the versions of that model.

6. Find the previous version and hover over it with the mouse, an arrow pointing at a line will display at the far right.

7. Move the mouse to the far right and click the arrow, it will say "promote" if hovered over.

Your model should now load, if that doesn't work just keep going down the list of older versions and try to promote them.

Dear Autodesk,
I am having an issue opening only 1 file. The file was last opened in January of this year (best to my knowledge). When trying to open it in Fusion 360 I get an error "Failed to download file". So I went into myhub.autodesk360 to see about exporting the file, when I go to export it from there I get "Export Failed" on the top. Then I decided to delete all the web folders in the "Users" folder in Windows, and restarted Fusion360, still doesn't work. So then I uninstalled F360 and deleted every single folder that deals with F360 and reinstalled, still nothing. I even tried to process the file in the browser and it is stuck at 1of3 Preparing Superman Logo for viewing, and it won't go to 2of3 or finish.

This is the "only" file I am having issues with, and I am out of ideas on how to load it. It shows it is there and everything but it just won't let me open it in the web browser, F360 or the Mobile App. Any help would be great. Everything is updated.

I do remember using it on another computer to model with, but that computer's hard drive has since been reformatted and all data has been removed from it. Is there any way to manually relinquish it from the old computer without being able to access F360 from the old computer?

Thank You,
Nick
