Sure, I did not take the time to apply a Rigid joint to a second hole. If the holes are dimensioned correctly, you will be able to apply the joint to either of the two other holes.

I would like the clip to be flipped and all three holes on the clip to be aligned w/ the holes on the handle, how do I do this? I've been researching how to do this for about an hour w/ no luck. Thanks!

You could use the Joint command to do this but I think it is easier to use the Align tool to get it into position and then use the Joint tool to permanently lock it together. You should, as I show at the end but should be done first, ground one component. With both tools, make sure you hover over the center of each hole. Take a look at the screencast.

thanks, but isn't there a feature where I can align one hole, then align a second hole so everything is perfect? When I copied your movements from the screen cast I get this:

ok I got it thanks. I actually had to join one of the holes first w/ a revolute then align the other hole. I guess I would need to somehow ground it or something now to fix it to the handle? I can't do a second join with a rigid joint now since I have already done one or it gives me an error.

If / When the base is grounded, and you then Joint another part to it, both will become stably fixed via that joint, movement or not is determined by the joint type.

If the handle does not align with the two holes, on arrival, then

Drive the joint to the required / known angle, and it can be Locked

Both options are in the Joints right click menu of the Browser.

A second joint warning can be ignored in this case,

but not if they result in a red flag handle, that is a geometry error.

Many ways to get things done.
