I can't Re-download Fusion

So I was doing something on fusion and it wasn't loading so then I closed it. After i closed it, the icon looked like one of those document file things, kind of like the google docs logo, and because of that, I could not open it. So I thought if I deleted it, i could easily get it back. Nope. So i went to the fusion 360 website and clicked on the free trial and it said your account already has a fusion 360 hobbyist license. So now i'm just wondering how I could re-download it.

Go to manage.autodesk.com and click products on the left hand side

I see it says download but when I do that and open it it says I already have it downloaded but I don’t l, so then I click open fusion and it opens which I think means it is some where on my computer but I can’t find it

Then i would uninstall using the cleanup tool, redownload and install

If Fusion 360 isn't loading and its icon changed to a blank document, the file association might be corrupted. Since you already have a Fusion 360 hobbyist license, you can re-download it by signing into the Autodesk Fusion 360 website, navigating to “Products and Services,” and downloading the installer. After reinstalling, check your Fusion Team Hub in your Autodesk account to see if your files are saved in the cloud. If not, search your computer for .f3d or .f3z files or check the Recycle Bin to recover them
