Ahhh yes I remember this error. Many of my parts are interrupted on that diameter with a flat so the champher isn't continuous. I guess I was confusing the two situations. Thank you for the simple work around!!

So lost. Its the easiest wrap ever and I've wasted hours. I had no problem wrapping this pocket champher.

You need to attach your model so the Forum users can use it to help. Also, what is the size of the chamfer?

If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it.

Its a .02" champher. Not sure why I'm having a problem on this simple area and other parts with pockets are no problem?

Not quite sure what you wanted Chamfered as you screen capture shows a pocket in the model that does not exist. I measured the top of the component chamfer, it was 0.02 inches so I set up that chamfer. Hope it is what you want. Model is attached.

Hi

The reason the pocket works and the other chamfers don't is due to the inability of the Wrap function to handle "CYCLIC" geometry(where the start and end points are the same.)

A workaround for this is shown in the video:

<video-js data-video-id="6355997337112" data-account="6057940548001" data-player="default" data-embed="default" class="vjs-fluid" controls="" data-application-id="" style="width: 100%; height: 100%;"></video-js>
(view in My Videos)

Wrap has never been able to handle Cyclic geometry
