When rendering a motion study containing two joint animations only the first is completed. See the screencast below of the motion study in the design workspace compared to the resulting rendered animation. The rendering settings can also be seen in the attached screenshot (although there were sufficient cloud credits when it was actually submitted). Is something set up incorrectly?

I'm hesitant to use any more cloud credits on rendering motion studies as they could end up as an expensive failure if they quit halfway through.

The team is looking into the issue but we can't say when it will be fixed. In the meantime since the issue was on our side, I was able to get some cloud credits sent your way to cover the cost of the failed render. I hope that helps.

Cheers,
