      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can sketch a traction engine chimney which is a tapered cylinder but I need to produce a flat development, including an overlap so that it can be rolled and riveted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can this be done?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Brian&lt;/P&gt;</description>
