parameters selection missing from may 2024 update

with the new fusion360 product update I just updated today and there is a new bug in this software.

The "edit parameters" or "parameters" option is completely broken in the software. The may 2024 product update here:

shows that there was some attempted bug fixing in the parameters option in the program. However, it is now gone from the : Design > Solid > Modify > Parameters location in the software.

making parameters through the sketch dimension parameter1=2mm also does not work and the parameter called parameter1 does not get saved and cannot be used again in another dimensioning operation.

Is there someway to revert to the old version of fusion360 or for a workaround to continue to use the software with the parameters box?

If you don't have Capture Design history turned on the the parameters are not available

thank you I appreciate it, its surprising I couldn't find that in official
documentation anywhere I looked.
