    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, Many thanks for your help with this. I tried the steps in message #4, and it did not work. I have been using Fusion 360 on various PCs and laptops since 2016 and have never had this issue. I've missed two days of work trying to sort this out, so unfortunately I'm going back to Solidworks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Again many thanks for trying to help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ChrisP&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, none whatsoever.&amp;nbsp; You need to clarify, did it install correctly or at all or just will not open up?&amp;nbsp; If you would gather up the log files and post them, especially the autodesk.webdeploy.streamer.log it will help.&amp;nbsp; You can get these file by running the &lt;A href="https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-launch-the-Fusion-360-Service-Utility.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Fusion Service Utility.&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Your log file indicates that the application did not install correctly.&amp;nbsp; Here is a line from the log file:&lt;/P&gt;
