Editing sketch auto-collapses browser setting question

Dear Autodesk and forum readers,

I'm new to fusion 360 (came from OnShape) and never looked back....

Anyway, is there a setting to keep the browser outline expanded during sketch editing? I'm finding it quite tedious to continually have to dig down into the browser design outline hierarchy after finishing/closing a sketch.

Once you expand the browser to see your sketch, it remains expanded until you collapse it. You can also use the timeline to go back to any sketch you desire. If this is not what you are speaking of, please explain your question a little better.

I am sorry to say I have no idea why your Fusion 360 browser acts differently from mine. I do not see the collapse which you demonstrated in your video. I do see a short collapse, to the sketch I am editing, but then when I return to the top level all return. Take a look at my screencast.

Somehow my original reply didn't get posted on Monday in response to your video. So here we go again.

Thanks for taking the time to record this video. I'm actually glad that your fusion responds differently than mine. That proves that something in my setting needs changing. I'll poke around again and see if I can find it. Thanks again for your post, I have something to work with now. Have a great 4th!
