&lt;P&gt;I noticed you have Windows 7's Aero theme off - is that intended? Depending on whether you're able to enable that or not, may point to a driver or hardware issue. Can you try reenabling the Aero service and let me know if that succeeds?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Do you have Windows 7 service pack 1 installed? You can check using &lt;A href="http://www.elmajdal.net/Win7/How_To_Check_If_Service_Pack_One_For_Windows_7_Is_Installed_Or_Not.aspx" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;the directions here.&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;That might help, as it is one of our minimum hardware requirements.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I would also have a &lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Black-workspace-in-Fusion-360-with-ESET-NOD32-anti-virus-software.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;look at this article.&lt;/A&gt; Which antivirus were you using?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks! I see from this that you have both the&amp;nbsp;AMD Radeon HD 8870M as well as unidentified integrated Intel HD graphics. The latter might be a culprit here as I don't see the exact model listed, but the driver date is listed as 2013. I can see online that your model of laptop likely has&amp;nbsp;HD Graphics 4400 integrated graphics and it's possible that Fusion is trying to launch using this graphics processor (which might be lacking drivers) rather than the Radeon 8870m.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;While I would recommend trying to &lt;A title="Downloads for Intel® HD Graphics 4400" href="https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/81497/Intel-HD-Graphics-4400" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;update/install the Intel drivers&lt;/A&gt;, that's not necessarily going to fix your issue, as we want the Radeon card to be used. &lt;A title="Configuring Laptop Switchable Graphics on a Windows® Based System" href="https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/dh-017" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;These instructions from AMD&lt;/A&gt; reference Windows 10, but should largely remain the same on Windows 7 - follow those to ensure Fusion is launching with high performance options (or that the 8870m is selected), and see if that helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
