Split Body Bug - Extend Splitting Tool

Hello!

Updated Fusion today and My Split Body tool isn't working properly. Specifically, it is not allowing me NOT to extend the splitting tool. I can uncheck the box, however, when I choose my splitting tool, the check box disappears and the splitting tool extends through my entire body. Here are some screenshots...

Step 1(below): I enter the split body command

Step 2 (below): I have unchecked the "extend splitting tool" box and I have selected my bodyStep 3 (below): I have selected my splitting tool. You will notice that the "extend splitting tool" check box has dissappeared, and the splitting tool, which is a plane made across the corner of my body, has been extended. Step 4 (below): I pressed "OK", and the split has indeed extended through my entire body.

P.S. I realize the workaround for this is to use the "combine" tool to put the unintended cuts back together. I'm just letting you know that part of the split body command is being buggy.

It would be a lot easier to help if you export the design as an f3d and aattach. That said it looks like you are using a plane to split with, a plane has infinite length, use a sketch line instead.

Below using a line drawn on the face gives the option to extend, if I use a plane the splitting line is infinite and will split both sides of the body.

Ahhh I see. I didn't realize that the plane was infinite even though it is visually represented as being limited. Thank you
