I have been trying for a few hours over the past few days to get Fusion 360 to work. so far i have done a clean install, checked my firewall, updated my graphics drivers, and pretty much everything else the general troubleshooting asks for. I have looked at many of the support posts from Autodesk as well as read through a ton of forum posts and yet i am still running into this problem. Ive reached the point where i feel like i need some help.

When i launch Fusion 360 the app opens. i get to the white screen that has "F" Audodesk Fusion 360 but the program hangs up there. i get a (not responding) error and itll just sit here for all of time. I have force closed it from this point many times but a strange thing that i noticed is if i click the icon on my desktop (or in the appdata folder) a second time, it'll actually launch the program and take me to the main workspace.

now, if thats all i had to do to get this to work then life would be grand but the issue is now that whenever i do anything slightly intensive with the program like drafting a shape or saving a file the program actually crashes on me.

i cannot make another account without another email. Also, Fusion 360 does not give me a logout option.

I ended up ultimately figuring it out. Windows update was blocking an update going through for some reason. after checking windows update and getting things in order there the program was able to launch.,

I just wanted to leave the solution so hopefully someone who has the same problems as me in the future wont go through the days of troubleshooting i did.

Check windows update, especially the .net framework updates.
