Can not open document from datapanel

Hello,

I have the following problem and was wondering if somebody could help me. I have already searched for the solutions but I could not find a solution that helped. Eventually I did a fusion clean and installed the latest version.

I have the following problem:

I want to open some drawings from the datapanel. The datapanel sees the drawings, and they exist in a360. The moment I try to open the drawings/assemblies it gives the following error: File doesn't exist, download document error?

What could be the problem of this? And how can I fix it?

Additional information.

The mac I am using has the software of fusion 2.0.6041.

I tried an old windows laptop I have lying around for other purposes which uses fusion 2.0.6037, this seems to work just fine (only way to slow, bad specs of pc).

So the problem is in the software for the mac I think.

Hello all,

I fixed the problem by doing the following. Previously before starting this subject I tried to the Automatic clean uninstall for a Clean install of fusion 360 twice. This had no succes.

Today I updated my mac os software from Sierra to Mojave (I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but I mention it anyways). Then I found the following manual for doing a manual clean uninstall: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-do-a-clean-uninstall-of-Autodesk-Fusion-360.html

Then I reinstalled fusion a360, and everything seems to work just fine!
