Boy, I hope I didn't just pay for the free year I just signed up for. I went for the 50 percent discount and am assuming it adds on to the free first year.?

I don't think it does. I just looked at your account and your subscription expires July 22, 2020. Would you like me to create a case for you with the accounts team? They can get it sorted out for you.

definitely, otherwise I have gotten a rather raw deal. I am asking you to
put my paid year on the end of my free year Please. You're not going to
have a lot of happy people if it does NOT extend the free year because then
the discount is fairly worthless.

Hi @Anonymous

I'm not sure if they are able to do that for you - having a subscription is a different entitlement from having a startup license (or whatever entitlement you had before). Therefore I don't think they can be stacked on top of each other like you're requesting. You'll need to ask the accounts team about that.
