Trying to open a design that I edited this morning, and I'm receiving the cryptic error message "Failed to download file", with no details or information on the actual problem.

The thumbnail for this design is not cowing up correctly in the data panel (just seeing the generic "cube" icon), and the thumbnail has a white-on-grey letter "i" next to it. When I mouse over the "i", I see a tooltip, "File is not available at the moment".

When I try to download the file from A360 hub, I get an error message, "Export Failed" at the top of the screen.

Can someone tell me what is actually going on here? Should I try to roll back to a previous version?

I am having the exact same problem. I don't know what to do. Have you resolved it yet?

Yeh. that quirk.. Thought i was the only one; didn't happen to me in a longer time though (knockonwood)

But what got me going is either clear cache data (questionmark in the upper right corner, under support and diagnostics) or rollback to the previous version.
