Fusion will not launch.

Several days ago while learning Fusion, it went offline. I have decent internet connections. I use an RJ45 connector and get around 250 MBPS. A day later, I was using fusion and walked away from my Desktop. I got back and fusion was not running. When I tried to open it, I only got the circle spinning and no fusion. I looked in processes and saw it there. I tried to get fusion working again but was unsuccessful. I then tried a single click uninstall but was not successful. I then tried a manual uninstall. Today I just tried another manual uninstall and I ran the install software from the web.

After about 20 minutes, I get the fusion CAD screen and in the middle is a banner that reads:

Sorry, Fusion was unable to save sufficient data for Offline mode and needs to Online. Please make sure you have a working internet connection to continue.

I did a speed test and it looks good.

I ran Malwarebytes and no virus was detected.

I am using Waterfox.

I just updated my LAN drivers.

I just tried to restart Fusion closing the banners instead of accepting their response.

It still closes.

How can I get it to work?

I just tried the fusion 360 cleaner/uninstaller.

It now starts up and then shuts down slightly faster with same banner.

Can you upload the webservices log?

its possible if you delete the %LOCALAPPDATA%\Autodesk\Web Services folder it might launch okay but we need to see that log.

To confirm, the log file that would include some more information on what is happening can be found at : %LOCALAPPDATA%\Autodesk\Web Services\log\WebServices.log
