Extrude Error - Missing Feature

I have encountered an error when extruding a profile to body. The first picture shows the profile, the scond picture shows the extrude, and the third picture shows the result. As you can see one of the features is missing. I've attached the file for evaluation. Thank you for your help.

Edit Feature the Extrude.

Ctrl unselect the profile in that area. (Actually, you can simply click in that area to remove.)

Not sure how you got there.

If I delete the feature and attempt to recreate - everything works as expected.

Thanks for the response. Tried all that before I posted. The weird thing was, I would select one item and it showed as one but after the extrude it would show that two were selected when I went to edit it. After trying everything I could imagine I resorted to extruding the missing feature after the first extrude.

I revisited it today and everything works as expected.
