topic Can't open Slicer from Fusion360 in Fusion Support Forum

When I open Slicer (for Fusion360) from Add-ins dropdown menu in Fusion360 I have to sign in Autodesk account again ( I am using student license). I have tried to sign in directly from Slicer but I can't. It made me so uncomfortable. So There is any way to resolve this problem? Thanks.

Hello,

There is a dedicated discussion for this add-in: Slicer for Fusion 360 topics

I posted a message as I faced the same issue.

The only workaround is to export STL from Fusion 360 and import it in Slicer.

Note that you can't sign in as mentionned in the first message:

After deprecation of TLS1.0, Slicer can't sign in. You can still do all the work offline and save locally.

Thanks for your comment , I have the same issue like the message you wrote in Slicer for Fusion360 . I think if we want to use Slicer to creating construcsion for our model , we have to save locally file in Fusion and then open it individually in Slicer

But as this method the Slicer option in Add-ins menu in fusion is usefulless
