    <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't have any firewalls active, if at all I uninstalled McAffe a few weeks before it completely stopped letting me get in past the "make a team" page. Networks I use have not changed since I first started using Fusion, this includes our campus wifi. I have tried connection from private connections as well as from the school wifi.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had quite a host of issues using Autodesk Fusion 360.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Former: Never been able to connect/save to/get files from the cloud since having autodesk fusion 360 (educational license). Every log in required a new team and I've lost so many files from "saving to the cloud" (it never actually saves). Circumvented these issues by just going through the same pages: random team input and manual desktop saving of very version design and version I create. But it has always been able to "create a team," let me log in, use the software fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now: Decided to completely stop working and refuse to create a team. Can't get in, open or begin any designs, or do anything with autodesk fusion 360 beyond see that mocking error message. Please help me resolve this... With an educational license I apparently can't even email or call any reps...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried getting a diagnostic file, but it doesn't even react to the clicking the command.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear about all of the troubles, but I think we need to fully sort this issue out to get you fully functional here. From the sounds of it - either your firewall/group policy or network restrictions isn't allowing Fusion to access it's servers.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is this on a school network? If so, are you allowed to make exceptions to allow Fusion servers to connect.&lt;/P&gt;
