Editing broken Joint Origins - snap points missing

I replaced a body in a component and now the Joint Origins are broken. I expected this and can normally re-attach to the new body via snap points. However, this newest Fusion360 release does not show the snap points (or give me anything really) in order to reattach the broken Joint Origins. This is critical for my workflow as I have a large assembly that I wanted to update with longer components that would normally all update once I re attached the joint origins. This is no longer possible and now I have to go through and rebuild the assembly from scratch.

Is this a bug or was this feature specifically removed for some reason?

https://autode.sk/2AbDrRw
