Since last Friday 20th, Fusion stopped working. I get the message "There was an error while logging in to Fusion 360".

I've uninstalled and installed 3 times, following all the steps from the solution your website provides. I have had Fusion installed for a while, and never had any problems. Also I've logged in my Autodesk account and can't find all my files. I hope they haven't disappeared. Please help!

Thanks

There was a planned downtime for the identity service that controls log in on the 20th. I wonder if you still have the issue.

There's a new update today, so it's a good time to check and also update.

Hi, thanks for the response. I uninstalled twice yesterday, ran the cleaner and then reinstalled it. I'm still getting the login error.

Besides the planned downtime from the 20th, there was no update until Sep 23rd. And there's already a hotfix for it. Are you still having issues?

Any information about your system? OS and version?
