No, I use Fusion normally. I saw that message today at first time and
each time during startup Fusion and after closing. Yes I have the
antivirus program, but I had it before (Eset Node32), and I don't have
restrictive internet network.

Regards

Hi @dhadzi ,

Does this prohibit the use of Fusion at all? It looks like an SSL error, but I have never seen it displayed on launch before. Do you have anti-virus in play, or a restrictive internet network?

Is this issue new, or have you always seen this?

Hello,

I have same problem, Fusion is unable to update only. All other function work. Save to cloud, simulation calculation...

Error is on startup and shutdown. Otherwise it works ok.

Hi,

Yes, that was happening to me for about a week till the day I couldn't load the drawing from yesterday.

You can look at the topic "nested asn1 error (_ssl.c: 3947)".

The real mistake is in Windows, but I still don't know how to solve it (as I can see, I am not only one!).

Regards

Dusan

Hello,

No fix. I installed new Windows and Fusion. After 10 days problem has returned.

My guess is Kaspersky is blocking something or other software on pc.
Thanks for your replay Bojan.
I reinstalled windows twice until I found what is bugging it. For me it was an intesa bank certificate for e banking. Name is something like 24x7 co.yu. I deleted and now is working both and ebank app and fusion. But best thing to do is to make a separate system booth only for fusion. If my problem returns definitely will do that.
App for ID (Čelik) has some certificates that causes problems also.
Have a nice day!
