    <title>topic Sign in problem on Win in Fusion Support Forum</title>

    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have the same problem reported in this post:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-support/sign-in-failure/m-p/12246508/highlight/true#M182049" target="_blank"&gt;https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-support/sign-in-failure/m-p/12246508/highlight/true#M182049&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot sign in and the suggested procedures don't work (reset before launch).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can also see that the folder with my user is missing (there is "unknown").&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My "Neutron Platform" doesnt contain any suggested file.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The cloud storage (&lt;A href="https://myhub.autodesk360.com/g/all_projects/my" target="_blank"&gt;https://myhub.autodesk360.com/g/all_projects/my&lt;/A&gt;) is ok and all my files are there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please note I havent logged in and used the SW for 2 years .....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;WHat to do ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="fusion.jpg" style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/1389257iE48FCA9336FC0E11/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="fusion.jpg" alt="fusion.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;LI&gt;Close Fusion&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Go to&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;C:\Users\&amp;lt;USER&amp;gt;\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Identity Services\idservices.db&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P style="font-weight: 400;"&gt;Can you delete the idervices.db file and then restart Fusion?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) I dont know the ver as I cannot launch the SW. The&amp;nbsp;FusionLauncher.exe is dated Dec 2022.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) There is no such dir. Please uninstall Fusion and download the latest installer and install Fusion. This should help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
