Hi,

Sorry to hear of the trouble. From the log file it appears there's a permissions issue. The log is showing WINERROR 5 which is indicative of insufficient rights to perform an operation.

Can you try downloading the Fusion 360 Client Downloader from the Autodesk website, right click and choose Run as Administrator to see if it helps?

Additionally, is there anything else running that could cause a conflict?

Finally, is this the first time you've seen this problem? Has Fusion run on this system before?

Regards,
