    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks for helping.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So the first part of your text (1. - 5.) didnt worked, it is still crashing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So after that I did step 4. But i dont know where the files are. After finishing the process of generating the informations, the window just closed and i can not find the "&lt;SPAN&gt;Fusiondoagnosticslogs.zip" on my computer. I search that on My PC on all memory devicec, it is&amp;nbsp;untraceable.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Did maybe the Fusion service utility also crashed?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Ps.       <title>Problems launching the software</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have the following problem.&lt;BR /&gt;Every time I want to start Fusion, I get a white screen. No matter how long I wait, nothing happens. The software is not responding. Now when I click on the screen, Windows contacts and says that the Fusion is no longer responsive and wants to close it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have already reinstalled the software a few times and even deleted all the files (that I could see) by hand. But all without success.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have had the problem for a few months now and have also reinstalled the launcher again and again but every time the same problem. The support may not help me, since I have the hobby user version, which I can understand, since they do not make money on me &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P style="font-weight: 400;"&gt;Close Fusion&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI style="font-weight: 400;"&gt;Make sure that Fusion installer is not running in task manager&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI style="font-weight: 400;"&gt;Go to C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\ DELETE folder Autodesk\&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI style="font-weight: 400;"&gt;Delete the Fusion shortcut you use to launch Fusion&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI style="font-weight: 400;"&gt;Do not use the same Fusion installer. Can you please download the installer again?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI style="font-weight: 400;"&gt;Now install again&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the above is not helping,&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="font-weight: 400;"&gt;Close Fusion&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="font-weight: 400;"&gt;Go to add/remove programs&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="font-weight: 400;"&gt;Select Autodesk Fusion - Modify&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="font-weight: 400;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="font-weight: 400;"&gt;This will launch the Fusion service utility&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="font-weight: 400;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL start="4"&gt;
&lt;LI style="font-weight: 400;"&gt;Run the "Gather system info"&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI style="font-weight: 400;"&gt;This will generate two zip files&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;6. We will need the Fusiondoagnosticslogs.zip&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
