We already checked the junk / spam folder but there's nothing in there. I'll try to assign people as ''viewer'' and see how it goes.

People I'm working with don't receive the e-mail / download link anymore. They have basic access and should be able to do that as stated by Autodesk (see screenshot).

The message mentions ''if permissions allow'', what kind of permission are we talking about and how to give it to the people involved?

Hi @Anonymous ,

Can you make sure these are not getting stuck in Junk/Spam? I know my downloads automatically land in Junk.

Regarding "if they have the permission" - this is because in Fusion Team, you can assign users to have "viewer only" status. Meaning a user cannot download.

Thanks,

Problem solved: turns out that Windows was automatically sending the Autodesk notifications in ''quarantine''. Our IT guy whitelisted them and now it's working again.
