topic Sign in failure in Fusion Support Forum

I keep getting the sign in failure message and can't open Fusion 360. I tried deleting the profile save but I couldn't find the file at that location. Then I tried cleaning all the data manually with the Fusion 360 Cleaner and reinstalling it after that but I still have the same issue. I know there are similar questions posted but none of the solutions solves my problem. Thanks for help in advance 🙂

Hi,

Sorry to hear of the trouble. A few things to check out:

Ensure you don't have any pending Windows updates by rebooting your computer.

Next check to see if you can login to Autodesk 360? https://myhub.autodesk360.com/g/all_projects/active

If so, then your account credentials should be okay.

Lastly, delete or rename the folder Web Services found under c:\users\{username}\appdata\local\autodesk

Hope this helps.

Regards,

I had the same problem. Try to change the time of your computer. This year in Brazil we won't have summer time, btw FUSION 360 only logs if i'm using summer time....
