STL Translator failed to export data

My system just auto-updated to the latest version of Fusion 360 (v2.0.6588 on Windows). When I try to 3D print (send an stl file to PreForm) or save a stl file locally it gives the following errors (see attached image).

Also, when I export an STL, the cloud export is taking forever for a very small file to convert.

Are the cloud services offline? The https://health.autodesk.com/ page shows all systems functioning properly.

I've had that before and rebooting Fusion fixed it. Not ideal, but...

Some users reported this issue recently.

Move your design in an arbitrary position before exporting or save it as ASCII STL file.

This just happened to me, in this case it appears to be triggered by certain geometries in a fillet and the export still failed after a reboot. Sample file is attached, the last fillet operation in the timeline is the culprit. Export as ASCII works, btw, and PrusaSlicer seems to read that fine, so it's only the binary export that's affected.

@motorhobo, the export in binary format works if you move the body along the Z axis. I guess it fails because some geometries lie on the XY plane.

just to let folks know: This is a Fusion bug that started with the October 29 update. A fix is in progress and will be released as soon as we can test it. Apologies for the disruption
