I keep entering my information into messaging portal to contact autodesk for help with my student license and have missed several project deadlines due to not being able to log into fusion. There's no email or phone number for me to get a hold of a real person and I'm tired of talking to a machine that doesn't respond to me. If this is how autodesk handles customer service, I'm going to seriously reconsider my options after I graduate and purchase a subscription to CAD software. How do I contact someone that can help me log in on a new laptop? I shouldn't have to post on a forum for account support, especially when I'm have sign in issues that sometimes keep me from logging into my account to post on the forums.

Hi @Anonymous

Your account should be fixed now.

In the future, I recommend creating a chat - that is the best way to reach EDU support.

Cheers,

Karina

The chat link you gave goes right to your chatbot. But that is not any help. Where is a real person?
