When ever a body is hidden, and you hover over its location, it flashes blue. As you pass features of your visible sketch when moving the mouse, the hidden part goes back to it's hidden state. As soon as you are not hovering on a sketch feature, we get the blue ghost again.

I hid this body, so I would be able to work on another sketch that is in a similar position. If I wanted to have the body visible, I'd use the opacity feature to do so.

There have been other threads on this issue, but it seems that they have gone completely ignored by the Autodesk team.

Here is a gif showing how annoying this can be for a user:

https://i.imgur.com/7lJ6Zt1.gifv

As stated in the previously ignored thread, this is a serious problem with those with epilepsy symptoms

https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-360-ideastation/please-stop-the-surface-flashing-during-cursor-hover/idi-p/7380778

Can we please have someone work on this issue? Thank you.

Same exact issue here. Wasn't doing it before I had one of the constant Force Shutdown's of Fusion. It started after I restarted Fusion.

My issue looks exactly the GIF that the OP posted.

Any ideas?

Another person at my work and I are having the same issue too. We've also had issues where it tries to select geometry from hidden bodies or sketches even when they're turned off in manufacture.

This is a known issue and the dev team is working on getting a fix out for this ASAP. I don't have a timeline to offer you, but I assure you, it's placed quite high on the priority list.

We JUST pushed out an update that should solve this issue. Please restart Fusion to trigger the download and restart (again) to consume the latest hotfix.

Well, the issue is obviously not solved as I have flashing sketches when hovering the mouse. Very, I mean extremely annoying.

Unwanted projected geometries onto my working sketch are still appearing. I also have the latest version of Fusion 360 (as of July 2, 2022), and have tried removing the body whose geometry is being casted onto my sketch. I have tried checking off the option for "show profile," which works, but then I cannot select the profile of interest to extrude.

VERY VERY VERY frustrating bug.
