If the 3D design is not an unresolved files, the other workaround I can think of is to reset your permission in the project and related folders. For example, delete your account in the project/folders, then reinvite you to the project/folders with full access.

I keep receiving this error when Im trying to open a drawing I've previously made. My coworker then offered to let me use their account to see if it was specific to my account and the same error happens even when I'm logged into his account. Could it be an issue with Fusion on specifically my laptop? because my other coworker can open the drawing file I made with no issues on her own computer, but I cannot on my laptop using both my own login and somebody elses.

When this dialog pops up, the symptom could be caused by that you can't access specific components of the design. Please open the 3D design-Bowsprit Mould, and check

If there is any unresolved component in this design, if so, pls try to resolve or delete this kind of component

If you have the permission to access all the components of this design, if not, please apply for the permission

If the same account can open the drawing in one laptop, but fails in antoher laptop, please try to clear the cache data and check if it works

Hi, thank you for your suggestions. I've gone through them but I'm still getting the same error. I've logged into fusion on four different devices now and I'm still getting the same issue/error notification. I've also cleared my cache. I dont think opening the source file and resolving the components is the issue as my peers can open the same file without resolving the source file or getting this error. I also have full access to all of our files so permissions is not something that I think is causing the issue.

is there anyway to reset my account

This dialog indicates users that the 3D design or the component of 3D design can't be accessed when open drawing file.

Please check if there is any unresolved component in the top design, and also check if the user account have the full permission to access all folders of the top design and its components. Thanks
