    <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you patched the bottom face of the surface body?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Patch and then stitch, should give a fully solid model.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If Thicken doesn’t work then Shell may not work either, and that would come down to Geometry of the body.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Long shot: Print the solid with perimeters only.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Might help.....&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Help with making a form in to a body</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello I want to make this form to a body so i can 3d print it. I have tried to use thicken but it doesn't work.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I'd watch &lt;A href="https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCjncyHvBFnoCn6bH94dvKxA" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;this little series&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;of YouTube tutorials from Gichi Endo on how to model cars with T-Splines. He's an experienced vehicle designer. While real vehicles are not designed using T-Splines, they make a fabulous tool for Concept design.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Maybe you can take a thing or two away from these tutorials.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Here is one of my tips:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you watch a YouTube video on T-Spline modeling and the author models 90% or more in smooth mode, forget the tutorial. You might notice that Gichi models almost exclusively with quad polygons and almost exclusively in box view mode.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Here is one of your models in Box View mode:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Too many N-gons.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Triangles should NEVER be used in any T-Spline model.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Self intersections.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Etc.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Start from scratch after watching Gichi's vids!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
