    <description>&lt;P&gt;The canvas should not be dimmed unless it is owned by a different (and inactive) component than the one that owns the sketch.&amp;nbsp; Make sure that the parent component is the same.&amp;nbsp; If there is a good reason why the canvas needs to be in a different component, you can turn off the "active component visibility" setting here:&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Canvas Image fades while creating a sketch</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to make a new sketch/component. However when I do, the image I am trying to sketch over fades to an extreme level which does not allow me to see if well enough for sketching.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Direct result of activating the current component.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Turn up canvass opacity to 100 % in the Root Component.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Not tried it but you should be able to drag the Browser canvass entry into the current component.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If that doesn’t work, reload the canvass in the current component.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Might help....&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
