Usage limit exceeded

I haven't used F360 in almost 4 years (Feb 2016) and it refuses to create a new project for me. I just looked and it says "usage limit exceeded" and I have never used any of this stuff beyond an hour or so back in Feb of 2016.

This problem comes up quite often, did you try a search? Lots of threads come up, not sure if there's a fix in any of them.

There's a thread here where creating a team hub fixed the problem. Does that work for you?

Why should I create a team as I am just me? I saw all of that about teams but not that specific thread so I see now what AD has done to bandage the issue since so many were having this issue going as far back as the forums would let me see.

Thank you for this specific thread as the bandage worked since personal accounts was killed off by AD.
