So you guys made me a educational license thank you but what about my whole class. All there trials expired and now there on however many hour wait to get a chance to there educational license. There's a possibility that you guys win't give it to them but they need the educational license to learn and create. my teacher over a month ago contacted you about this and so did i and you finally fixed mine but the rest of my class is expired. Please fix this my teacher and i are tired of having to complain to get this done like honestly your company needs better customer service. fix this issue as soon as possible please and thank you and if you don't then you're ruining a students education which is messed up.

@James.Youmatz to the rescue please!

@Anonymous could please you ask your teacher to participate in this thread ?

I feel we are missing some details here. As a commercial customer I am not involved in educational licenses but I am not even sure each and every student needs his/her own license. They might need an account, but that is not necessarily the same. School installations are somewhat special!

Hi @TrippyLighting,

As always thanks for the post! For once - I actually was working on this BEFORE you tagged me 😆

@Anonymous - happy to work with your teacher and you on this. We will likely need to share personal details (email address etc) and I'd like to understand more about how an entire classroom failed to sign up. I just want to verify - all of your classmates have created and verified individual Autodesk Accounts (@Trippy - yes this is a necessary step), and then signed up for a Fusion 360 EDU license via: https://www.autodesk.com/products/fusion-360/students-teachers-educators

Please ensure all students have done the steps above, and please email me at james.youmatz@autodesk.com with anyone who does not receive a license within a day.

Thanks,
