Hi,

Everything you see in the video uses Formtools.

Under the names: Sculpting, T-Splines and Formtool you will find instructions.
Your file only contains a 2D sketch, which is not suitable for this.

answering to myself, you must check create form, select your most suitable option, and you can edit edges with edit form vertex.
