Open the culprit (pinheader)

Save it under a different name (pinheader-1)

Close it

Now you can delete both pinheader and pinheader-1

Not very logical, and I think this a bug. As a software engineer, I greatly admire the smooth working of Fusion 360, usually everything works "as expected in your dreams". But now and then, there are features that look like taken out of the amateur programmer's toolbox. This is one of them, I have difficulty to understand why I can delete BOTH after the "Save as."

There are no entries in Uses, "Used in" and Drawings, but I cannot delete it "A version of this design has been referenced by drawings, other design...". How do I find out what drawing is referencing it?
