I'm using Fusion Version 2.0.7438

I tried doing this with a much more complex design, but the bug also appears in a very simple design as shown below.

Initially when Sketch was drawn, the Top Horizontal Line is fx: 10 (User Parameter is 10 mm).

10 mm User Parameter

After Changing the User Parameter to 6 mm, I end up with this:

It looks like the Rectangular Pattern isn't calculating a correct diagonal line for the Rectangular Pattern's Direction.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: Please skip my recommendation and go directly to @jeff_strater one below. It is a much simpler solution.

The Coincident sketch constraints for the block sketch, which you are patterning, are not maintain in a sketch pattern. You will be best off, in my opinion, going to a solid and handling the patterning there. I too wish Fusion 360 handled sketch constraints better but this is the way it is. Take a look at my Screencast, I hope it helps.

a21923e1-55c5-40ec-8de7-b504d6d19a09,640,650

this is a known problem, reported here: sketch-pattern-direction-kinda-sorta-associative . The Fusion bug is FUS-56909

The current workaround is to edit the sketch, and edit the pattern. I know it's ugly...

I could use the Feature Pattern, but the bodies I'm creating use a sketch from a design Component but end up in the Bodies Section of a PrinterSupport Component (I activate the PrinterSupport Component, before I do the Extrude or Revolve). The PrinterSupport Component has many, many bodies, and I haven't found an easy way to find a specific Body in the Timeline (a really long Timeline). I am assuming that finding the Body in the Timeline is a necessary to edit a Feature.

I am 3d Printing a number of parts of different sizes and features from a single design (trying to modify only User Parameters to accomplish this). When I change the User Parameters for a different part, the sketches can change drastically (I'm finding that Fusion 360 has some short comings when trying to do this).
