Toolbar Resetting (Not Saving)

Every time I shut down Fusion 360 I lose all my toolbar customizations.

New install on new Windows 10 machine.

I have tried everything I could find through forum searches including:

-Cleared Cache

-Reset Toolbar

-Run as Admin

-Uninstall and Reinstall as Admin

It still will not save my toolbar customiztions. If I log out and back in without closing the app they are still there, but if I close the app they are gone next time I open the program.

Any assistance is appreciated!

You posted a link showing how to add shortcuts to the toolbar?

I do this every time I open fusion, because it does not save.

From the most recent update:

V2.0.7438 – February 10, 2020

• We fixed an issue where your your toolbar customizations weren’t being saved properly – it would always revert back to the default.

This is the problem I am having! The update did not fix my issue.

Just got the new update today, still won't save the toolbar after close ☹️

By customizations you are referring to a command already in the default drop down list such as cylinder, etc and pinning to the toolbar? Or you are referring to an add-in, like the spur gear add-in, that you want to stay in the drop down list and maybe also stay pinned to the toolbar above? Are you using free or paid version? In the case of add-ins I think the lack of a solution means it is an intentional behavior of the free version to provide incentive to pay for a subscription. If you are paying a subscription then I think its a bug no one knows how to fix. I have this experience also so take solace in knowing you are not alone in your frustration.
