      <title>Team setup failed, Now I can't login</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just tried to set up a team&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However the creation of the team failed in some manner.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now I can't launch f360, all I get is these two errors:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"not all suggested teams could be loaded"&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Unable to load data We can't seem to connect to the server. Please try again. If the problem persists contact customer support."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;~~~~~~~~~~~~~~&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried to access the team setup here:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.autodesk.com/products/fusion-360/collaborator" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://www.autodesk.com/products/fusion-360/collaborator&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;as suggested here:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Error-Unable-to-load-data-We-can-t-seem-to-connect-to-the-server-when-launching-Fusion-360.html" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Err...&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I enter the correct email and password, but that just sends me to:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://myhub.autodesk360.com/g/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://myhub.autodesk360.com/g/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The page doesn't load correctly and I get a red banner error that says&lt;BR /&gt;"Sorry. The operation you requested couldn't be performed."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This user had the same issue:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-360-collaborate/unable-to-access-fusion-360-on-desktop-and-web-teams-problems/m-p/9385235/highlight/true#M2251" target="_blank"&gt;https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-360-collaborate/unable-to-access-fusion-360-on-desktop-and-web-teams-problems/m-p/9385235/highlight/true#M2251&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They managed to resolve it by getting into a direct web chat with support. I can't seem to find how to do that though.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If any error message appears, can you take a screenshot an attach it to this thread?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That link did allow me to go to myhub, is there something special about that link? I'm able to get there via&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://myhub.autodesk360.com/g" target="_blank"&gt;https://myhub.autodesk360.com/g&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;now as well, without the '&lt;A href="https://myhub.autodesk360.com/g/ue2821bab" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;ue2821bab&lt;/A&gt;' on the end&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm also able to log into fusion now, the set up team pop up is back, either it fixed itself or someone reset it on the backend.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I managed to find a place to submit a support email earlier today as well.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I guess this is solved, I'm not exactly clear what did it though.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I guess I'll just put up with the team pop-up, rather not risk going through this again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for your time&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same issue.&amp;nbsp; My trial was expired when it asked the teams message and would not let me setup a team.&amp;nbsp; Then i went back in and reinstated my free access and now I cant get in.&amp;nbsp; Any help appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Update, it is magically working this morning.&amp;nbsp; I even have a team.&amp;nbsp; Guess Autodesk has some process that fixes these broken accounts.&amp;nbsp; My advice is to just wait.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
