Fusion 360 stuck at "Loading additional modules" and then stops responding.

Hi,

I have used Fusion 360 for personal use for several years on this computer. However, a few months ago I could no longer start the software. When I tried to launch it, the software started loading and when it reached "Loading additional modules" the software stopped responding.

I have tried to reinstall, repair, do a clean uninstall and then reinstall again, updated drivers for graphics card and OS but none of my attempts have been successful. I am out of ideas and the urge to 3D model grows stronger every day. Do you have any ideas what I can do to fix the issue?
