Install error,urlopen error

My computer has no way to install fusion 360, and an error occurred during the installation. I do n’t know how to solve it. The attachment contains error information and computer information, so I ask for help.

PS：Checked the forum for similar issues and tried solutions but still not working.

I have used the cleaning tool to clean up and turned off the firewall, but I still get an error.
Trying to switch between wifi or mobile hotspot, and trying to use a VPN are useless.
I also tried to manually clean the registry and manually delete the fusion related directories in appdata, which is still useless.
Please give more effective assistance, thank you

The problem is solved, there is a problem with the previous installation package, download the new installation package , and then reset the computer network.
