That is the page I reference in my post. It creates a list, but not any ranking.

The Autodesk Fusion Certified Graphics Hardware page lists the GPU tested and certified. I filtered the list by workstation and generation. The ADA generation is first although I don't know if that is alphabetic and the A2000 follows it.

https://www.autodesk.com/support/system-requirements/certified-graphics-hardware/fusion-360

On the "System requirements for Autodesk Fusion" page it has "For professional Fusion usage, Autodesk recommends Certified Graphics Hardware like AMD Radeon Pro WX, Intel Arc Pro, and Nvidia Quadro or similar." which leaves out the RTX Nvidia cards. Under hobbyists it says: For hobbyist usage, consumer graphics similar to... Nvidia GeForce RTX 4000 series are generally compatible with Fusion. Searching Workstations online I see both RTX 4080 and Quadro.

I currently have an Invidia RTX 2080 (2019) and considering to upgrade. This is in an HP G4 workstation, 64gb RAM, Intel Xenon W-2133 3.6 ghz 6 core CPU and Windows 11 Pro. I am a legacy user.

Is there a ranking of GPU performance for Fusion by Autodesk? I want to upgrade but the different Autodesk Fusion pages don't give me enough direction.

Steve.

Hi,

I recommend that you test whether a different graphics card results in a noticeable increase in performance.

If anything determines the performance when working with Fusion, it is the CPU speed.

This is the webpage you want to consult. It shows you all the graphic cards that have been tested and certified by Autodesk. One thing to keep in mind, be sure to look at current and recent past test cards because they cannot test everything at once. One year older cards will perform just fine.
