Problem to launch app - stuck with logo

Hello!

Since the last update from last night I´m getting an important issue with Fusion, the app can´t open, it gets stuck with the first logo display and nothing more, i´ve to end with TaskManager.

I´m user of Windows 10 and 3D Connexion mouse but until yesterday all was normal.

I already tried uninstall and install again, then it opened ok without problem, but just a while ago got the same thing.

Any other having the same issue? Any solution? Thanks

Can you please try the below and let us know what you see?

Can you please go to %APPDATA%\Autodesk\CAM360 - create a folder and call it "templates". Can you see if that helps to launch the product?

If the above does not work, can you please zip the logs folder under %localAppData%\Autodesk\Neutron Platform and attach it here?

Thanks for the help, without logical reason it´s just working again, not sure exactly the cause, If that happens again I will follow your suggestion.

Just got again the same issue, not sure where can be the conflict. Here is the logs.zip for the location mentioned.

About the template folder solution, I had no folder "CAM360".
