      <title>I am having trouble getting my Fusion 360 to start up.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had Fusion 360 on my PC for a while and never had issues running it, but I tried to use it last week and have found that it will not start up.&amp;nbsp; I am not sure where to find help resources, please make a recommendation.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear of the trouble.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;My first recommendation is to tell us what you're seeing when you launch Fusion 360? Is there an error message coming up or it just doesn't load?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;And has anything changed on your system e.g. system update, new app? Be sure to restart your computer to see if any pending OS updates might still be needing to install.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, what operating system are you using? OSX? Windows?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Lastly, if you can please send us your log files. These may help us determine what's going on. These are located in:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Windows - C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\{GUID folder}\logs&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;OSX - /users/{username}/library/application support/autodesk/autodesk fusion 360/{GUID folder}/logs&lt;/P&gt;

I have restarted my PC several times, only change was addition of slicer software&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, what operating system are you using? OSX? &lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Okay it appears there are a number of folders missing from your installation.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In the Autodesk folder you should see a file called "autodesk.webdeploy.streamer.log. Can you send that?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, are you seeing any errors during the installation?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you try running the Fusion 360 Client Downloader.exe as Administrator? To do this, use File Explorer to go to the Downloads folder, right-click on the "downloader" and choose Run as Administrator.&amp;nbsp; This might tell us if there's a "rights" issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Also I do not get any errors during installation, but I will say it installs faster than I would expect ~ 5 min.&amp;nbsp; I tried to run as administrator and it appeared to be opeing(i saw the fusion 360 opening picture) then it went away and nothing else happened.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Can you check the c:\users\{username}\appdata\local\autodesk for the autodesk.webdeploy.streamer.log file?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, can you try going into Control Panel/Settings and turn off the UAC controls if on. Then retry the install/launch.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Lastly, can you create a new user on the computer (standard) and see if Fusion installs/launches there?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
