      <title>Can't see text in comment box</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm probably doing something silly but I can't find any guidance on this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try and enter text in the comment box, it appears that it's writing in a white font on a white background. I see the cursor move as I type but nothing is displayed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The buttons have lost their labels, too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I attach an image file.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm running Fusion 360&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;2.0.8156&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've searched the forum but can't see anybody else reporting this effect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone have suggestions?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Not sure if its relevant, but I am having similar issues trying to share a project link. The dialog where it lists the info is blank.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The area where the link it located to copy is blank....or so it seems. If I double click in there to select the text, it appears in blue as a normal select. Seems like the font is the same color as the background.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No high contrast settings. Seems to be from the recent update as previous releases did not have this issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hmm....are you using a dual video system? e.g. onboard Intel with NVidia card?&amp;nbsp;If so, have you tried to disabling the onboard card to see if it helps?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Additionally, can you see if choosing&amp;nbsp; File &amp;gt; View &amp;gt; Reset to Default Layout helps?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you changed any of the color settings under Preferences &amp;gt; Electronics?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Lastly, can you exit Fusion and delete the file NMachineSpecificOptions.xml file? It's located:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Windows - c:\users\{username|\appdata\roaming\autodesk\neutron platform\options&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;OSX - /users/{username}/library/application support/autodesk/neutron platform\options&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The restart Fusion and see if it helps.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I want to thank everyone for their suggestions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately the problem is still present.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My display contrast is not set at a strange level, so I don't think it's that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm running an AMD 8370 processor on a desktop PC with a Radeon RX580 graphics card. I've never used multiple screens on this system.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have touched preferences.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I reset to default layout and the comment box disappeared completely which wasn't helpful. It took an age to get it back, apparently I had to hide the already hidden comment box and then unhide it - aaaargh!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I deleted the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;NMachineSpecificOptions.xml file and reloaded Fusion - no apparent change.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I really do appreciate the help and advice of everyone. Fusion 360 is a truly great program but like all great things, it's not perfect &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a laptop with integrated graphics and a dedicated AMD gpu. I dont know how to disable it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As for deleting the file you suggested from Appdata...., this did not resolve the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Something else I should mention, while logging in....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was prompted for my username and I could see everything find. When I was prompted for my password, as soon as the screen was displayed for the password, all text was visible. Maybe a second after the screen displayed for password, before I even had a chance to click in the password field box to enter my password, all the text on the screen vanished. Similar to the sharing a project link. Its there, just a color that matches the white background.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The background of the text box is slightly grey with white text. &lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;NEUTRON_WEBBROWSER_ALLOW_GPU_BLACKLIST =1&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It seems to be specific to Radeon cards.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

It indeed worked, setting the environment variable fixed it right up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also confirming I am using a Radeon video card, so nothing contradicting your assessment there.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
