      <title>Cannot start after update</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was notified of an update yesterday so I installed it.&amp;nbsp; Now Fusion 360 cannot start up.&amp;nbsp; It gets the splash screen which shows a progress bar, which stops at "Loading additional modules", and a blank white window, then nothing more happens.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have uninstalled and re-installed and it still freezes at the same point.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are there log files that might indicate what's wrong?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Or can I delete cached files or something to get it working again?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. Restart machine&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. Go to add/remove programs&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3. Select Fusion - modify&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This will launch the Fusion service utility&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4. Run the gather system info&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;5. This will generate two zip files&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Attach them here please.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Fixed it; uninstalled and deleted the .../AppData/Roaming/Autodesk directory then reinstalled it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
