Hi,
I can't click on the clock in the upper right because it stops responding immediately, but it is the newest install available as I downloaded a new copy yesterday.

I have tried running using both my graphics card and the on-board graphics to boot Fusion and it made no difference.

I have now disabled them and enabled them one after the other and launched Fusion and it now seems that they can both run the software independently. I'm not sure why is has suddenly started working, but it seems fixed for now. Thank you very much!

Dan

When I start Fusion 360, it comes up with 'not responding'.

I have managed to make it work maybe twice in many, many attempts by doing the following process:

Sign out of AutoDesk account using the Desktop App.

Uninstall Fusion 360 completely using the Clean Uninstall App.

Reinstall Fusion 360.

Restart Laptop.

Open Fusion 360 and sign in when prompted by the Fusion 360 App.

As I say, this has worked a couple of times out of many attempts, but I can't go through this process multiple times every time I want to use Fusion 360, which is every day.

It always seems to hang unless I sign in directly in Fusion 360 when prompted on app start up.

I usually hangs after signing in through Fusion too, anyway.

I assume that there must be some process interrupting it, but I cannot work out what or why as it seems to be almost random when it does work.

All my drivers are up to date and my machine specs are:

Processor: Intel i7-9750H CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59GHz

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti

RAM: 16GB

System: 64-bit Windows 10

I also tried deleting the LoginState.xml file as I read this could help, but it didn't seem to fix anything.

Hopefully someone can help with this as I am desperate to start using Fusion 360 and at this point it is completely unusable.

Hi

Thanks for posting.

1. Please check if Fusion 360 is updated or not. (click on the upper right corner "clock icon"

2. Do you have 2 graphics card installed? If it is, please disable one from Device manager.

I couldn't check the installed version because it was crashing on launch.

I did try disabling my graphics card and on-board graphics separately and they both had no problem launching Fusion independently and now the issue seems to be resolved.

Both graphics processors are now enabled again and I am running with my default (high performance) GPU again without any immediate issues. Not sure why this has worked, but it has so thank you very much!
