Hi,

I'm having a problem where I can't open anything or upload anything to my project.

This is happening when I go to File > Open > Open From My Computer.. it then dose nothing or error messages, I'm expecting a window to select the location of the file, select the file then open it but it just sits there on an untitled new design.

I get basically the same when I try to upload work to a project, File > Upload > Select File and nothing, no window or error messages, If I try to drag a file to that windows it dose nothing too.

All I can open is files already uploaded to my space or start new designs. I have uninstalled Fusion 360 twice with no luck, ran it as administrator but nothing has sorted it. I've attached the diagnostic log, hoping this is something simple to fix.

What was the last location that you opened? Was it perchance removable media such as a USB drive, compressed archive, or network storage?

If so, can you try reconnecting the device and retry and let me know your experience?

After clicking Open from my computer... Fusion 360 calls the OS file browser, so the next window should be an Open file picker generated by Windows. Looking at my own client, I can see that this window seems to remember its last position, even if offscreen or on another monitor. Is it possible that you previously dragged this window somewhere out of view?

Assuming the window is open, but hidden, Fusion would be blocked from input until the file selection window has closed. Accordingly, if you are still able to interact with Fusion after clicking Open from my computer... then it's clear the window is not opening to begin with.

I can't say if I had moved the window or not as on the start bar it doesn't give you any idea if that browser window is even opening, tried using windows short cut keys "windows+shift+left/right arrows" on it but nothing moved over only the full fusion 360 app moves.

If I was going to move a window like this it would only be to my second monitor. Even then being a browser window to open a file I can't see why I would move it.
