Hi there! I'm struggling on finding out how I can possibly make a cylinder? Hopefully like the one included 🙂

That is a T-Spline (or Form or Sculpt) cylinder. You need to create a Form feature, which then puts you into the Form environment. There is a Cylinder command in that environment. Screencast coming soon, as soon as it finishes processing

screencast below. Just out of curiosity, why do you want to create this type of cylinder, as opposed to a solid or surface cylinder? I assume that is just a starting point for a design to be done in the Form environment. If you need a precise cylinder, use the Cylinder command in the Solid or Surface tool set.

Hi. Yes, I'm just trying to follow some instructions on how to make a lolita hat for a joker figure I've recently made.
